With 20 years in the home and gift industry, Bethany Hibbs has built her career around one thing she loves most: connecting people with exceptional products.

As the founder of TLB Fulfillment, Bethany gets to experience the best of both worlds—working closely with artisanal European factories to understand the U.S. market and help position their brands for success, while partnering with retailers across the country to bring exceptional products to store shelves.

Bethany feels incredibly privileged to travel to factories throughout Europe, meet the remarkable people behind the products, and introduce their craftsmanship to talented retailers across the United States. She considers herself unbelievably blessed to work alongside an incredible team, exceptional manufacturers, and dedicated retail partners.

At TLB, our entire team is focused on serving both sides of the partnership—understanding the needs of our manufacturing partners and helping them succeed in the U.S. market, while providing retailers with exceptional products, personalized service, and the support they need to thrive.
